GENE & Karla HOLLEY
Pastor
Pastor Gene Holley, Jr. is a native of Wichita Falls, Texas. He is married to Karla Layne Holley and has two sons, Cameron and Chad.
Pastor Holley attended Harrell Elementary, McNiel Jr. High and Rider High School before earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing at Midwestern State University located in Wichita Falls. Karla spent her formative years in Mesquite, Texas where her father, Murray L. Layne pastored. She attended Christian Life College in Stockton, California and Jackson College of Ministries in Jackson, Mississippi.
Pastor Holley served Life Church as Pastor's Assistant and Youth Pastor under the most recent pastor, Wendell Elms, for over 18 years and then moved his family to the Austin, Texas area to plant a church in Pflugerville in 2006 under Pastor David Bernard and New Life UPC. The Holley's returned to lead their home church in 2008. Pastor Holley is active in teaching, preaching, mentoring, leading a small group and acting as District Secretary for North Texas District UPCI. Karla leads the worship team program, a small group and assists in any way that she can in the programs of Life Church.
Their sons have always been a part of ministry and continue to pursue His calling. Their oldest son, Cameron, is a graduate of Urshan College in St. Louis, MO., an ordained licensed minister with the UPCI and is a Pastoral Associate here at Life Church. He is married to Brooke, an assistant in Life Church office. Cameron and Brooke are parents to 2 daughters and one son. Pastor and Karla Holley's younger son, Chad, attended Midwestern State University with a Finance major, works at Discount Tire as an assistant manager and is married to Elycia. They are the Small Groups Directors at Life Church and are parents to one daughter. Both couples lead small groups and ministries at Life Church.
CAMERON HOLLEY
Pastoral ASSOCIATE
Cameron Holley joined the team at Life in September of 2021 after seven years of working in the secular workplace. Cameron studied Christian Ministries at Urshan College in St. Louis, MO and is an ordained licensed minister with the UPCI. He is the Director of Promotions for North Texas Youth Ministries.
Cameron is an avid Cowboys fan and knows his way around a bass guitar! His Instagram profile puts it best: "old dad. shameless millennial. musician. production person. gearhead.". He is the founder and director of our Production Team who works to provide the livestream of our weekend services and other events around the state.

PRISCILLA VENEGAS
EVENTS COORDINATOR
Priscilla joined the team in 2009 as the office secretary and for the last year has served as our Events Coordinator. Priscilla is from Wichita Falls and has been a member of Life since 1987.
Priscilla also assists in many areas and always leads a small group. She has a heart for our church and is a great asset to the team. Outside of church, she loves to travel and discover new places. She is a foodie and a true creative at heart, always looking for something to restore and make beautiful. Her adventurous spirit shapes her motto in life, "You're never too old to learn new things."
KENNY FRAZIER
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Kenny has served as the Business Administrator since 2008. He spent over 30 years at Wichita Falls Coca Cola prior to joining the Life team.
He has been a member of Life since 1965. He and his wife, Rita, are involved in numerous areas of ministry, most notably Community Day events and Faith Mission. Kenny and Rita also lead small groups. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors; hunting, grilling, and riding his Kawasaki Mule.
BROOKE HOLLEY
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Brooke Holley joined the team at Life in October of 2014 after moving to Wichita Falls, to marry her sweetheart, Cameron. Brooke holds a degree in Theology from Gateway College of Evangelism and has spent the entirety of her adult life actively involved in ministry. Brooke finds her greatest joy in being involved in things of the church, and loves being a part of what God is doing in Wichita Falls.
Outside of the church, Brooke is happiest when spending time with her husband, Cameron, and their 3 little sweethearts; or while traveling to explore new destinations, and create new adventures.
